Premium features not visible after purchase

If you purchased a subscription and the premium features are not visible, please make sure


  • that you have created a LanguageTool account 
  • that you have used the same email address for your LanguageTool account and the purchase
  • that you did not use the Private mode / incognito mode of your browser

 

If you still cannot access the premium features, please contact our support and attach a confirmation of your payment.
